Superior Potato Starch
Superior Potato Starch
FJT Superior Potato Starch is produced in Dingxi city, known as the potato capital of China. Dingxi city is one of the best potato growing areas in China and even the world. Potatoes have been grown here for more than 200 years. This results in an untreated starch with exceptionally high purity – physically, chemically, and microbiologically.
FJT Native Potato Starch has properties like low gelatinization tempe-rature, high viscosity, neutral taste, and high transparency. It can be used in an exceptionally wide range of food products, including noodles, meat products, dry mixes, and extruded food products.
